Summary
The 6 phases of learning applied to the importance of “knowing how to ask for and receive help” may seem complicated or confusing, but with a bit of patience and introspection, you will be able to glimpse the message in each phase.
Let us remember that physical, technological, or even spiritual evolution is in stages, and it completes cycles. Is the evolution trend usually bullish? Yes, but there can be ups and downs even with that trend. That is why it is important to denote its phases and any blind spots that there may be. This will facilitate the process of asking for help during our evolution and learning.
Asking for help today, in the year 2024, should be easier than before, not more difficult. It’s okay to feel confused for a while, but it’s no longer healthy to accept living in confusion and/or denial all the time. As human beings, it is our right and duty to advance with our process of evolution and knowledge. Therefore, asking for and accepting help should be accompanied by awareness of the phases described here.
From phase 1 to 6, there is a cycle that can be repeated as many times as necessary and according to the area of life in which you want to work and improve, for example, relationships, health, finances, work, etc.
The 6 phases that we describe are:
Phase 1 – We ‘do not know that we do not know, and that we cannot’
Phase 2 – We ‘know that we don’t know, and that we can’t’
Phase 3 – We ‘learn what we didn’t know, and what we couldn’t’
Phase 4 – We ‘forget that we know, and that we can’
Phase 5 – We ‘know that we know, and that we can’
Phase 6 – We ‘let go of what we knew, to learn and achieve something new and better’
